Does France have archaic law and outdated judgments? The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has just ruled against France in a divorce case against a woman who failed to fulfill her "marital duty." The ECHR ruled that she could not be considered "at fault." The Court also received a petition from eight women who were raped and who believe they were victims of judicial violence during the filing of complaints or the trial. Clara Achour is one of these plaintiffs.
