35°28'19"N 76°49'01"W Board handled well / I did not. Overpowered using a 30-year-old 5-0 meter Neilpryde. Spent the whole time just trying to keep it slow and upright in a recurring facewash. Lots of gusts blowing directly up the creek at Bonner Point all day. Probably would've done better with a 3 or 4, but a 5 meter is all I've got. You can't really tell in the video, because of GoPro's horizon-stabilizer software, but the ride was ridiculous/big chop. I'm not really used to it/don't know what I was thinking. Fun regardless. Was it a Gale ? Who knows...sure felt like it !!!
