Every time I move back to Paris, I make sure to wake up extra early on my first morning to watch the sunrise at Notre-Dame. I started this little tradition in 2017, and nine years later, I'm keeping it alive. Seeing the city this empty makes me feel like I'm the last person on Earth - it's both incredibly relaxing and a disorienting way to experience Paris.
