In the Parish of Our Lady of the Angels and Saint Sebastian Martyr, veneration of Our Lady of the Forsaken (Very Humble and Franciscan Brotherhood of Penitence of Our Father Jesus of the Arrest and Our Lady of the Forsaken), on the Feast of the Forsaken. Our Lady of the Forsaken is the work of the Cordoban sculptor and image maker, Sebastián Montes Carpio. The life-size, polychrome wooden image represents the Blessed Virgin with sweet and youthful features and blue eyes. It was blessed on May 24, 2014, by the Reverend Father Juan Aguilera de la Torre.
