KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. shareholders approved the financial statements for 2025, granted discharge to the Management Board and Supervisory Board, and decided on the distribution of the company's profit. KGHM ended 2025 with a net profit exceeding PLN 1.946 billion. According to the General Meeting's decision, PLN 300 million will be allocated to a dividend for shareholders. The strong financial results also translate into additional employee benefits. A new Supervisory Board was also elected during the meeting. Józef Czyczerski retired from his position as employee representative after 27 years. The shareholders granted discharge to all Management Board members, including those who left the company at the beginning of 2026.
