How to polish aluminum classic car parts - polished 1955 chevy radiator assembly explained
In this video I will be demonstrating how to take raw aluminum unfinished parts (in this case an autorad radiator that was custom built for a 1955 Chevy) disassemble them, secure them, and polish them to a mirror finish. the ideas I'm sharing on polishing these parts can be used on nearly any custom car project that involves are there cast, billet, or just unfinished raw aluminum. I've also included some of the technical aspects of polishing including moving your heat, different speeds to run for different compounds, etcetera. All sandpaper, safety flanges, metal polishing Airway Buffs by Hilzinger, and Menzerna buffing compounds are available for purchase at spectrumalberta.ca ...Just a quick note there is no discount code anymore. the guys at Spectrum made the best price available to everyone rather than special codes or accounts. please refer to the timestamps below if you are looking for a particular segment.
