In this video, we will visit Cerro de San Cristóbal, and enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Santiago de Chile. During the video, you will learn how to get there and whether or not it is worth visiting Cerro São Cristóvão, going up by funicular and going down by the Santiago de Chile cable car. I got off at Baquedano station, and followed Avenida Pio Nono until the entrance to the funicular. I bought my ticket, paid 7,320 pesos, at the exchange rate of the day, it was an average of 40 reais. In the first stage, I went up by funicular, to an average height of 485 meters. Arriving at this first top, the view was already incredible... But I continued climbing to the highest top, to the image of the immaculate Conceição and the view from up there is truly incredible. Afterwards, I bought an empanada and that mote with huesillo that I couldn't miss. Snack ready, I returned by cable car... and there's another incredible experience in Santiago de Chile.
