Information shows that Victor obtained residency there and set up a company in Panama. The investigated scheme used more than 70 companies to launder money. Another investigation by the São Paulo Civil Police points to a large suspicious financial flow between the businessman and the influencer Buzeira, who is also imprisoned on suspicion of money laundering from drug trafficking. The court ordered the freezing of R$ 10 billion in cryptocurrencies belonging to those under investigation. American authorities claim that virtual currencies were used to conceal the origin of the money.
