On May 11, 2019, former TBS announcer and freelance announcer Misato Ugaki appeared at the "KATE" booth at "Ultra acosta! @ Ikebukuro Sunshine City" at Ikebukuro Sunshine City, dressed in cosplay alongside popular cosplayers Kuryu, NaGi, and Kabano Nemu. While Ugaki has cosplayed twice before for work, she commented, "This was my first time doing something this serious. It was so well-crafted, I was personally very happy, and took loads of photos." It was also her first time wearing black nail polish, and she commented, "I thought I might try that." Regarding the key points of this cosplay, she said, "Since the character has such a strong worldview, I had a different mindset—I think it's better not to laugh, and maybe just smile." When asked about the secret to staying beautiful, she laughed and said, "I love milk, so I drink loads of it." She continued, "I have very high bone density. I think that might be good for my hair and skin." When asked what surprised her about becoming a freelancer, she grumbled, "Taxes are surprisingly high. The tax section on my pay slip was huge, and I was like, 'Oh no!'" She also commented, "My health insurance card has changed." When asked to say a final witchy line, she struck a pose and said, "I'll charm you, humans."
