Robert George - Natural Law, God, and Human Dignity
http://www.faithandwork.org/gospelcul... Natural law theorists believe that since all humans are made in the image of God, every person possesses irreducible capacities for rationality, freedom, and moral discernment. Natural law theorists argue that these shared natural capacities can function as a common language between Christians and non-Christians as all of us try to make sense of life's most difficult questions. This lecture was given as part of the Gospel & Culture Lecture series featuring Robert George. Robert George is McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence at Princeton University. He has served on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and the President's Council on Bioethics. He was a Judicial Fellow at the Supreme Court of the United States, where he received the Justice Tom C. Clark Award. To view more resources, please visit http://www.faithandwork.org/resources
