Easy to make and ready in under 30 minutes! ✨ Ingredients For the Crumb Topping:🥧 • ½ cup all-purpose flour • ¼ cup granulated sugar • ¼ tsp salt • ½ tsp cinnamon powder • ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature For the Apple Muffins:🧁 • 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour • 2 tsp cinnamon powder • 1½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • ½ cup (125g) brown sugar • ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 large eggs, room temperature • 2 tsp vanilla extract • ¼ cup whole milk • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt • 2 cups diced apples (about 2 medium apples) 👩‍🍳 Instructions:📝 1•Prepare the crumb topping by mixing all ingredients until crumbly. 2•Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. 3•In another bowl, cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla. 4•Add milk and sour cream, then fold in the dry ingredients. 5•Stir in diced apples. 6•Fill muffin liners ¾ full and top generously with crumble.
