Mes PROBLEMES COLIS : Le SAV pourri de Colissimo et Chronopost

I'm having problems with my parcels and I need your help. Delays are annoying enough, but losing a package with a customer service department that messes you around is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm reluctantly testing the customer support services of Chronopost and Colissimo, and it's not great. I'll make a second video if the situation I'm currently experiencing evolves.
