I intended to film the Eid meat skewers and share the atmosphere and preparations with you step by step, but as you know, our daily lives are full of surprises and changes that come unexpectedly. Some circumstances and changes to the schedule came up, and I couldn't finish filming the way I had envisioned, and I found myself with a very short video. I thought to myself, why not continue with the rest of the day and also share the fish tagine I prepared? And so, in this episode, we have both meat skewers and fish tagine in one video, haha. From the very beginning, I've tried to keep this channel a simple and spontaneous space, where I share my daily life with you as it is, with the good times and the moments when things get a little chaotic and spontaneous. I don't like to be pretentious, and I feel that the best thing is for a person to stay true to themselves and share real moments as they are. That's why I decided to leave the video as it came out, because it reflects an ordinary day in our lives, a day with changes in plans, but also with ideas, recipes, and a lovely atmosphere. In the video, you'll see some food preparations, the atmosphere at home, and some simple daily details that are part of all our lives. I always try to give easy and economical ideas, and share with you the recipes I make for my family, whether they are Moroccan dishes or dishes I make here in Egypt, depending on what's available and what you like.
