Potato Skin Crisps!
In this video I show you how to make crisps out of potato peel. These can be adapted to other vegetables like sweet potatoes, carrot or courgette peel. Make it your own with different spices. Thanks to my friend Tara for giving me the recipe! The ingredients list is only indicative, since you can adapt the recipe and the amounts depend of what you have available. Potato peel oil Salt Pepper Spices of your choice Soak the potato peel overnight, in the refrigerator, in salted water. When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 180-190C/340-350F. Rinse the peel and dry on a paper towel. Drizzle with oil, rub with salt, pepper and spices and rub to distribute the oil and seasoning. Place on a baking sheet on a single layer and bake until golden and crispy. Enjoy x
