Heaven Does Not Respond Lore

I've always been a sucker for stories that take the crossroads we're at in society at this very moment, and then take two or three steps forward and show a fictionalization of the repercussions of those decisions. Heaven Does Not Respond is a fairly unique approach to the 'Old School Operation System' that we've seen in the past with FaceMiner and Hypnospace Outlaw where in this one we're investigating the sudden death of Selim Kara, a young man who suddenly and mysteriously died in the outskirts of a village in Turkey.
