The dangerous maneuver of a blue Spark with its license plates covered sparked a wave of national outrage and triggered alarms at the Bogotá Mobility Secretariat. District authorities and mobility experts condemned the seriousness of this infraction, which not only endangers pedestrians but also constitutes a blatant violation of traffic laws by obstructing vehicle identification. Currently, city council members and the Bogotá Mobility Secretariat are actively searching for the person responsible for this reckless act. The offender faces severe fines and the immediate impounding of the vehicle after committing multiple serious traffic violations, all of which were captured on video.
