How To Build A Healthy Home (Masterclass)
How do you actually build a healthy home? In this video I break down how to actually build a healthy home. We cover every part of the building process and look at it from a healthy building point of view. This starts with the site, the foundation and getting water away from the house through drainage and grading. Then we cover the structure itself and how it’s framed, the roof pitch and overhangs as well as what materials to use. All these items are very important to preventing mold problems inside of a home. When we move to the interior finishes, we start to look at things more from a chemical exposure point of view. We even briefly touch on healthy water, a healthy HVAC system and lastly electrical and EMFs (lower priority but still relevant.) If you’re trying to build a healthy home this video will give you a very clean guide on how to do it. Watch this video to learn how to build a healthy home today.
