Tina Novak - Been Around The World

Track 1 from the debut album "Been Around The World" by Tina Novak. A native of Tampa, Florida, Tina Novak started out pursuing music by singing at various national events like the 1996 Atlanta Olympics as well as participating in beauty pageants in and around the Florida area, eventually landing as a finalist in the 1999 Miss Florida pageant. She would later be discovered by music producer Kevin "She'kspere" Briggs, who signed her to his label Spere Records in 2001. She would release one album under the label before collaborating with record producer The Roc Project on his 2003 album "Never". Today, Tina runs a vocal studio in her hometown. "Been Around The World" was released as Tina's debut album exclusively in Japan in June 2002. It was scheduled to be released in the United States two months later but was ultimately shelved following the failure of the title track, which was released as a single. Released as Tina's debut single, the title track from the album failed to chart. © 2002 Spere Records, Arista Records Written by: Dwight "Skrapp" Reynolds and Hope Shumphert Produced by: Dwight "Skrapp" Reynolds and Kevin "She'kspere" Briggs
