The Hard Line
The Hard Line film explores the monumental effort behind creating Hardline, Sedona’s next iconic mountain bike trail. Carved beneath the towering Cathedral Rock, this trail was built by the USFS, community organizations, and dedicated volunteers—including Specialized Ambassador Lars Romig—who dig, scrape, and shape its path. True to its name, Hardline is both exposed and breathtaking, designed to push even the most skilled riders. Beyond the physical labor, the documentary delves into the legal and logistical complexities of trail creation. It highlights the coordination, bureaucracy, and challenges involved in building a trail set to draw worldwide attention. A huge thank you to the Verde Valley Cycling Coalition and the Red Rock Trail Fund for making this possible.
