Reliable recyclate processing

The base material is Systalen®, a post-consumer recyclate (PCR) obtained from household waste under Germany's "Der Grüne Punkt" dual system. The PCR is processed on a high-performance electric ALLROUNDER 720 A "ULTIMATE". Injection speeds of up to 400 millimetres per second can be achieved, as well as very high flowpath/wall thickness ratios. The cycle time is around 4.8 seconds. Digital pilot functions in the GESTICA control system ensure consistently high moulded part quality. A MULTILIFT V 20 linear robotic system gently removes the thin-walled moulded parts. The matching gripper, with its particularly lightweight design, was additively manufactured in advance using a hard/soft combination for a precision fit. Prozesssichere Rezyklat-Verarbeitung https://www.arburg.com – Wie sich der Wertstoff-Kreislauf mittels Rezyklat-Verarbeitung sinnvoll schließen lässt, zeigt das Praxisbeispiel von Blumentöpfen aus PP mit einer Wandstärke von rund 0,45 Millimetern. Ausgangsmaterial ist das aus Haushaltsabfällen gewonnene Post-Consumer-Rezyklat (PCR) der Marke Systalen® vom Dualen System Deutschland „Der Grüne Punkt“. Das PCR wird auf einer elektrischen Hochleistungsmaschine ALLROUNDER 720 A „ULTIMATE“ verarbeitet. Es werden Einspritzgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 400 Millimetern pro Sekunde sowie sehr hohe Fließweg-Wandstärken-Verhältnisse erreicht. Die Zykluszeit beträgt rund 4,8 Sekunden. Digitale Pilotfunktionen in der GESTICA Steuerung sorgen für eine gleichbleibend hohe Spritzteilqualität. Ein lineares Robot-System MULTILIFT V 20 entnimmt schonend die dünnwandigen Spritzteile. Der passende, besonders leicht ausgelegte Greifer wurde zuvor additiv und passgenau in Hart-Weich-Verbindung gefertigt.
