The building's basic frame was constructed using ten L-shaped walls made with a 3D printer. The four-day construction period is impressive, but the cost savings are even more impressive. The cost of building the second-floor office was 83 million won. Interior work, including windows, flooring, and electrical work, accounts for over 90% of the total cost. However, the basic frame work, which required just two people, cost less than 7 million won.
