one of scriabin's most painful melodies...
Piece: Etude in C-sharp minor, op. 42 no. 5 This piece has been on my bucket list to learn since a year ago. I usually scroll the internet when not doing work or composing, so I thought i would be productive to finally learn this instead of doomscrolling. It took me two weeks to learn and I would say two weeks well spent because this piece is absolutely beautiful. First time playing Scriabin, some parts feel unintuitive and makes my hand lock up, but after getting used to it, it's actually quite fun to play, especially the bigger chords on the left hand. Anyways, if you enjoyed this video, please consider a like! have a good weekend!
