This New Orleans Hotel Let Me Down (And Here's Why)

This video takes an in depth look at what it's like to stay at the Royal Sonesta New Orleans. This "4-star" hotel is in a historical building right on Bourbon Street in The French Quarter. While there were many nice things about the hotel (jazz club, building, and location to name a few), some standards you'd expect at a 4-star hotel run by a major chain were not met.
