Starring Mizukami Koji, winner of the Japan Academy Award for Best Actor, versus Hamao Noritaka, who is rapidly gaining popularity from the drama "Anpan." The fiery friendship of these two same-age characters is revealed in the action scenes and behind-the-scenes footage from "WIND BREAKER"! From this highly acclaimed film, a one-on-one action scene has now been released between Sakura Haruka, played by Mizukami Koji, and Jyujo, played by Hamao Noritaka, who is the same age as Mizukami and is rapidly gaining popularity from the drama "Anpan." Sakura is a lone wolf whose only redeeming quality is fighting, and she hates being in groups, believing that "friends are just a nuisance." As she meets her comrades, the "Bofurin," a righteous delinquent group that protects the town, she learns to fight in order to protect it, and this is the story of how she grows as a person. Standing in Sakura's way is Jyujo, the vice president of the rival group, "Shishito Ren." The two have fought several times, and are true rivals. Sakura and her friends join forces to stop Tokume, who is wreaking havoc on the town where the "Fuurin" live. Sakura and Tokume face off on the rooftop of a building, and with only the sound of the wind blowing, a realistic yet powerful battle begins, with Tokume's wild tackles and Sakura's high leaps to dodge. As the battle unfolds, the film's unique "wind action" bursts into action, making use of gusts of wind with maximum instantaneous wind speeds exceeding 25 m/s. And Hamao's movements, which feel effortless even while wearing geta sandals, as if they were an extension of his body, are truly impressive! They convey the eccentricity and boundless strength of the Tokume character. Minakami also fully demonstrates his physical prowess, performing a cartwheel to avoid being thrown, creating a dynamic scene. Sakura puts up a strong fight, but gradually finds herself on the defensive, and by the end of the video, she's kicked away... Will Sakura be able to defeat the formidable Jyukai? The action scenes, which require tackles and action scenes in geta sandals, also require acrobatic moves, so how did they come together? We've also unveiled some action footage that shows Mizukami and Hamao's seriousness! The two exchange punches and chat. Even when the action team calls for a break, they continue practicing as if they're still going strong. Even after taking a break, they're caught exchanging punches, prompting Mizukami to chime in with a "break!", eliciting laughter. Hamao recalls how Mizukami, the star of the film, led him from the action rehearsals. "Meeting an actor like him, who is the same age as me, is a huge thing in my acting career. I'd never want to say that to him, though (laughs)," he says, blushing as he expresses his trust in Mizukami. Watching Hamao repeatedly and diligently practice the intense action scenes, Mizukami reflected on the filming, saying, "I think it's very meaningful that we were able to complete the shoot until the very end." Starring Koji Mizukami and co-star Noritaka Hamao, the two actors of the same age clashed with all their might, yet maintained a deep respect for each other, resulting in action scenes that truly epitomize "youth speaking with their fists."
