Tie to Catch: Smallmouth Bass and Crayfish Flies

Join me on a short evening adventure as I tie a killer little crayfish streamer and put it to the test on a small, interior river system. Late summer fishing is usually centered around crayfish here in Iowa. Juvenile craws have hatched and grown to eatable size for predatory fish and actively molting crawdads become easy table fare for our bronzebacks. Check out the video to learn more about some techniques, flies, and general presentations you may utilize to catch more smallmouth bass on your next river outing.
