Naughty Fox Episode 9. Inspired by the wave of Naruto yaoi fanfiction that swept the internet back in 2012, each remarkably similar, this series is both a satirical look at and a sincere homage to that era of fanfiction. It's not just a work of art, but a unique historical artifact, capturing the spirit and characteristics of fandoms of bygone years. We took the liberty of visualizing and animating it, as we felt that the unique blend of absurdity, nostalgia, and the peculiar poetry of these fanfictions deserved to be embodied in motion and color. We saw this not only as entertainment, but also as an opportunity to create a visual monument to the era, capturing the fading culture of fanfiction in a new and unexpected format.
