If using a car rental, you may still make reservation ahead without knowing license plate, just be sure to update your license plate at least midnight prior to driving to Tre Cime! You can also park at Lake Auronzo if you do not secure a parking spot at rifugio auronzo and either walk/bike. There are also bus options that can take you to the top. Turn left away from the "Misurina" labeled trail and then you will reach this viewpoint in the video. Both viewpoints eventually connect and you can still access the more popular viewpoint if you'd like!
