Hey All! Todays video is dedicated to all my lovely bangarams who supported me throughout this journey. Today we are a family of 2,50,000 Subscribers and my sincere thanks to each and every member of this community. This might not be a large or huge number but it definitely is a significant number for me. The number od DM's I am getting regarding the same is overwhelming and words are not enough for me to express the feelings that I am carrying. Content creation isn't easy, it was never easy. Growth is always there but along comes lot of pressure and so many other things. There were family dramas, creator dramas and so many ups and downs and it was definitely a roller coaster ride till here. So as a gratitude to all of you this video is dedicated to you. Along with this I showed few recipes. Hope you all like this video. If yes, then please don't forget to Like, Share and Subscribe :) Recipe: Beerakai Curry : In a kadai add oil, chana dal, urad dal, jeera, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and once they are golden brown add hing, curry leaves, and slit green chillies. Then add the peeled and diced beerakai or Ridge Gourd pieces into it, add salt, haldi and a little water and mix well and cover and cook until the pieces are soft. In the end add curry powder (recipe below) and a bit of red chilli powder for that extra hotness and colour and garnish with coriander leaves and that's it. The curry is done. Curry Powder: Dry roast all these separately 1cup sengapappu, 1cup minappappu, 3/4cup dhaniyalu, 1/2cup jeera, 1/4th cup aavaalu, 1tspn menthulu, 1/2 tspn miriyalu (optional) endumirchi 1cup or according to your taste. Then grind them together into a coarse powder. Beerakai Pottu Attu: Grind the washed peels of ridge gourd into a smooth paste along with 1 or 2 tbsps. of soaked rice. Into this add salt, jeera and red chilli powder.
