This is a great hotel, when plenty of food and drink options (not all drinks were alcoholic in this video!), in various different bars and restaurants, with a few set menu evenings and restaurants where you can have a sit down meal, rather than the main buffet. It's also great if you like to stay up a little later and enjoy some evening entertainment. While we were there, there were quite a few people still at the bar until 12-1am which gave a nicer atmosphere in the evenings and felt more of a reason to dress up some nights (most of the hotels we have stayed at before like this, everyone is in their rooms by 10pm). We also ventured into Old Town Rhodes which is worth a look around if you get chance.
