Throughout the eight-session course, aspects related to the growth of the human being in general, and the contemplative dimension in particular, are explored. Among others, the following topics will be covered: • The importance and anthropological value of interiority. • How to design our inner life. • What is meant by the “inner person”? • Toward self-knowledge: we are not empty inside. • Interiority and the Experience of God. • Living from interiority, that is, from our deepest center.
