Całe życie jestem sam!

Bartłomiej is 62 years old. He graduated from high school, but he worked only a few years his entire life, so he can't count on a pension today. He's ailing, but he still strives to maintain his independence and self-reliance. For years, he's lived on the margins of society. He doesn't hide the fact that he doesn't like people and feels most comfortable away from crowds. It's difficult to form relationships, and his story demonstrates the thin line between loneliness by choice and loneliness that eventually becomes a daily occurrence. After the conversation, Bartłomiej showed me his medical records. They show that in February 2025, he received a recommendation for urgent neurological treatment in a hospital setting. The documents may shed new light on his memory problems, difficulties choosing words, and some of the decisions that influenced his life path. This is another film about a man who is easy to judge, much harder to understand. I invite you to watch the film.
