Ashta Recipe | Traditional Middle Eastern Dessert | Easy Homemade Sweet 🍨✨

Ashta Recipe 3 cups whole milk 1 cup heavy cream 2/3 cup corn starch 2 tbsp. rose water 1/3 condensed milk 1/3 cup sugar In a pot add all these ingredients on medium high heat. Stir constantly, as your stirring you'll notice the cream will get thick. Once it starts to boil keep stirring for up to a minute then remove from the heat and pour it into a bowl. Cover with food wrap make sure the plastic rap is actually touching the cream. This is so you don't get any filmy foamy top place it in the fridge for about 3 hours then you can either for simple syrup and pistachios on or for most fillings in Arabic desserts.
