Update on the largest night market in Indonesia, specifically at the Grebeg Besar Demak 2025 traditional event, held annually before Eid al-Adha / Bodo Qurban. In this video, I was at the opening night of the Grebeg Besararan Demak night market on Friday, May 16, 2025. I tried to walk around Tembiring Field to check the atmosphere at the night market. Some were already operating and some were still in the installation stage. Rides and culinary stalls were also still empty because of the rain. Here, there was also a devil's barrel ride, a female motorcycle racer, and 2 RX King. Preparations for the grand celebration of the Demak People's Market, MSMEs, and the carousel rides at the Grebeg Besar Demak Night Market in 2025 are underway. Preparations are underway for the installation of rides such as the pirate ship, Ferris wheel, water waves, devil's barrel, and culinary demons. The old market is also being repainted to prevent rust. Workers are working from afternoon until evening, installing the Ferris wheel's lights and painting the rides. The event will begin on Friday, May 16th through June 14th at Tembiring Field and on May 23rd through June at Jogoloyo Field in front of the Hajj Guesthouse at the Nu Demak Hospital. There are now two locations, making it even more lively and full of rides, with a wide selection of rides from various night markets, including Sinar Kelana 04 and Dhyan Karya, and Yudi Karya Jakarta. This event is held annually ahead of Eid al-Adha.
