How to Back carry with an Ergobaby Omni Deluxe, Breeze or Dream Baby carrier

Getting your baby on your back on your own, without help, is a real skill! This is my favourite method. I hugely recommend practising over a bed or a sofa or with a spotter at first. It might look hard but generally it takes 5 or 6 goes to start to develop muscle memory and then it actually becomes quite instinctual so do stick with it even if it feels hard initially. It can also be really helpful to go through the motions the first few times with a teddy instead of baby just until you start to get that muscle memory and then add a baby into the mix! #backcarrytutorial #babywearing #ergobaby
