How to Turn the Papal States into the KINGDOM OF HEAVEN | Victoria 3 GIGACHAD Guide

I've never actually united Italy before, let alone as the Papal States, but turns out it's not too tough. There's even an achievement for achieving Risorgimento as the Papal States after becoming a republic. You can also get the super cool Kingdom of Heaven tag, and using a Religious Convocation, you can get insane birth rates too. This video is kind of a guide, but in reality is more like a story. I certainly do show you how to unite Italy, and how to play a backwards nation like the Papal States, but I don't achieve anything too too crazy in this run.
