Inner Thigh Burn // 14 Day Fitness Challenge w/ Stephen Pasterino

Hi Guys! Max and I just got home from Palm Springs. We wanted to enjoy the outdoors and go rock climbing for the first time. Have you ever rock climbed before? On our way back down I slipped and slid down the rock on my butt so I am super sore today. We came back early so we can get a good night of sleep at home. Does anyone ever have trouble sleeping when it's not your own bed? So what do you guys think of Stephen's workouts? It's amazing how effective these small movements are in toning your glutes, arms, and inner thighs. I love that the exercises are low impact too! I hope you guys enjoyed it as much as I do. I like to change things up each week and do some of his workouts, Pilates, and HIIT to focus on strengthening different parts of my body. I can't believe next week will be our last week of Wellness Month! I feel like time has flown by!
