Vlog of a Couple in Their 50s' Independent Trip to Spain For our 3-night, 4-day trip to Spain, we spent time in Mallorca, a hidden gem that is difficult to visit on a package tour. We arrived safely in Mallorca from Valencia in just one hour via Ryanair. We didn't expect much at Valencia Airport since it was a domestic flight, but we found an airport lounge accessible with a "The Lounge" coupon, so we spent some time there before boarding our flight. We rented a Record Go rental car to be our transportation in Mallorca, checked into a beautiful resort, and headed out to downtown Palma for dinner. Palma is so beautiful in every alleyway that we kept exclaiming how pretty it was. I understood why Mallorca is a travel destination loved by Germans, and for us as well, Mallorca has become the travel destination of a lifetime.
