Bulgaria in the EU: Comparison of Sofia from 2012 and 2019 Street View data

Despite being the most corrupt state in the EU, Bulgaria has made some significant improvements in the past few years. After the fall of socialism, Sofia was decaying for over 2 decades. This video does not claim that the improvements are everywhere. Also, I do not support the ruling party.
