Blackbird song on a May evening #Yellow-yellow 12th May 2026 Yellow-yellow at his best. This is yellow-yellow, a male blackbird of at least five years at time of filming, and resident ‘territory’ holder around our house for at least the last 4 years. A week later he turned up with a badly-broken wing. But he’s getting by, and still singing. From the ground.
