Senior History Students recently shared highlights from their unforgettable 2026 Aquinas History Trip to Vietnam. Sixteen Year 11–13 students and Social Sciences’ Assistant Leader of Learning Mrs Andrea Thwaites, travelled throughout Vietnam, experiencing the country’s rich culture, incredible cuisine, and powerful history firsthand. From exploring the bustling streets of Hanoi and cruising through Ha Long Bay, to visiting significant historical sites including the My Lai memorial and Cu Chi Tunnels, the two-week adventure gave students a deeper understanding of Vietnam’s past and present.
