From the start, runners ascend into alpine wonderlands, weaving through rugged mountain trails and lush valleys. The course offers breathtaking views of the UNESCO World Heritage Aletsch Glacier  the largest glacier in the Alps, stretching over 23 kilometers (14 miles) of icy grandeur. As you traverse ridgelines and technical terrain, the sheer scale of this natural masterpiece will leave you in awe. Adding to the thrill, the race crosses two exhilarating suspension bridges: the Aspi-Titter Bridge , a 160-meter-long (525-foot) passage that soars above the roaring Massa Gorge, and the Mühlebach-Fürgangen Bridge , offering panoramic views of Switzerland's oldest wooden village and the surrounding peaks. With six fully stocked aid stations, you'll be fueled and ready to conquer every ascent and descent.
