Custom Painted Mexican Sarape Blanket Using LiME LiNE Metal Flake and Candy Paint

Welcome to my YouTube channel, where today I am thrilled to showcase a fantastic DIY project - a custom painted skateboard! In this video, I will guide you step-by-step through the mesmerizing process of metal flaking a skateboard using LiME LiNE metal flakes, and creating a stunning Sarape style blanket design with LiMELiNE tape. But that's not all! I will also demonstrate how to mix primary colors to create various secondary colors like green, purple, and orange. To give the skateboard an eye-catching touch, I incorporated a vibrant root beer brown candy paint. The transparent nature of this paint allows for a beautiful deepening effect with each additional coat. Underneath the candy paint, the silver metal flake adds a mesmerizing sparkle that is sure to grab attention. And to make it even more unique, I added a lace style design using a tablecloth I cheekily borrowed from my grandma. To further enhance the artistic appeal, I decided to include some inlaid Silver Leafing. Tinted with a green candy, this leafing adds a touch of elegance to the skateboard. Additionally, I incorporated a couple of strips of Veragated Leafing from LiMELiNE, because who can resist their high-quality products? Of course, I utilized Lime Line's sprayable and Sizing glue to ensure that the leafing adhered seamlessly to the skateboard. Lastly, to protect and give the skateboard a professional finish, I applied four coats of LiMELiNE's premium clearcoat.
