In today’s silent vlog, I’m sharing a peaceful day filled with simple home moments—from making delicious egg & tomato sandwiches for breakfast to organizing my pantry after a grocery haul. I also made crispy roasted makhana, baked homemade chocolate granola, enjoyed dal chawal with my little one, and ended the day with a warm bowl of creamy pasta soup. Boil the pasta in salted water with a little oil until fully cooked. Drain it, but reserve about half of the pasta water. 2. In a pan, heat a little oil and add the boneless chicken. Season with salt and black pepper, then stir-fry until fully cooked. Transfer the chicken to a separate bowl. 3. In the same pan, prepare the white sauce. Add a little butter or oil, then stir in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Cook for about a minute until the raw smell disappears. 4. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously. Add the fresh cream and cheese slices, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. 5. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix well. 6. Finally, add the boiled pasta along with the reserved pasta water. Mix everything together and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce coats the pasta perfectly. _________________________ 🍫 Chocolate Granola Ingredients: • Oats • Barley Flakes • Maple Syrup • Peanut Butter • Chocolate Syrup • Cocoa Powder • Mixed Nuts • Chocolate Chips Method: Mix everything together, spread on a baking tray, and bake at 180°C for 20–30 minutes. Let it cool completely before storing in an airtight jar. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🌿 Roasted Makhana Ingredients: • Makhana (Fox Nuts) • Oil • Curry Leaves • Pumpkin Seeds • Sunflower Seeds • Salt Method: Heat oil, add curry leaves, roast the makhana with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Sprinkle salt and roast until crispy. Cool completely and store in an airtight jar.
