Cooking Bangus on Our New Electric Grill - Unforgettable Family Dinner!!!

During our trip to Davao, my son and I bought fresh Bangus (Milkfish) — our favorite Filipino fish. It was the perfect chance to cook it on the new electric grill that our amazing subscribers sent us as a gift. Life with three kids is busy! Our baby Alina is only 10 months old, and our boys spend long days at their Filipino school, leaving home before 7 AM and coming back around 4:30 PM. Lighting a traditional charcoal grill isn’t always possible, so this electric grill has become a wonderful solution. Sergey and I marinated the Bangus in soy sauce and vinegar for 20 minutes, while Misha and Kostya became the grill masters! They carefully watched the fish, turned it at the perfect moment, and made sure it was grilled to perfection. We also made a direct comparison. Since our four large Bangus couldn’t all fit on the grill, we fried the rest in a pan. The result shocked us! The grilled Bangus was unbelievably juicy, smoky, and flavorful. Compared to the pan-fried fish, it wasn’t even close. The grilled version tasted 1000 times better! We’re incredibly grateful to our subscribers for this thoughtful gift.
