New World Record set by Battery Train
GWR took their battery train out on an overnight trip to attempt to travel 200 miles and in doing so, set a new World Record for furthest distance acheived by a battery train. Their train has been on test now for over a year in real world conditions - cold weather, loaded with passengers, higher speeds : but this was just to see how far the battery train could be pushed to set a new distance record.
