We had to finish our last adventure before sharing this one. For this quick overnight getaway, we head back to Harrah’s Cherokee Valley River, staying in a King room in the brand-new tower — and we are still not over how nice this upgrade is. Modern, clean, and easily our favorite place to stay on property. Thanks to our Diamond status (earned the hard way… by donating to the casino 😅), we score early check-in and late checkout, which feels like a win before we even hit the slot machines. Since it’s Valentine’s Day and the on-property restaurants are packed, we venture into downtown Murphy for a romantic dinner at Murphy’s Chophouse — and it absolutely delivers. Great food, great atmosphere, and a perfect break before the real reason we came… 🎰 Gambling. With our budget locked and loaded, we hit a very busy casino floor and jump into slot machine play, live spins, and high limit action.
