We started the day with the usual things at home and at work, did our winter shopping, got ready to go out, and headed to Engelberg to experience New Year's Eve, with the village full of snow, bonfires, people in the streets, and fireworks at midnight. It was our New Year's Eve in Switzerland, far from Portugal and Brazil, but full of simple and real moments, lived in our own way.
