El Plan Metropolitano de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial y Plan de Uso y Gestión de Suelo

A major step forward for Quito! We approved two key instruments for the city: the Metropolitan Development and Land Use Plan and the Land Use and Management Plan. We defined central objectives to improve the well-being and quality of life of Quito's residents, foster a strong and inclusive city, and maintain a transparent and efficient government.
