It is forbidden to seize bank accounts, enter homes, open luggage, inquire about any staff member of an embassy and even his family. Diplomatic immunity was introduced by the Vienna Convention in 1961 to protect diplomats from pressure, threats, and bad manners from the authorities of the host country. In use, it became an umbrella handy for some diplomats in delicacy with the law. We investigated these cases of outlaw diplomats. Because, today, some victims are rebelling.
