20 Minutes: Driving into Nacogdoches Texas from the West

Enjoy this Creative Commons (free to reuse) clip of driving in East Texas, starting about 15 minutes west of Town. 14:15 - skip to the cobblestone streets of downtown Nacogdoches The reason for my drive to Nac was to visit my Uncle Bob, who was celebrating his 90th birthday at the Church with friends and family. He's a retired preacher - so we almost had a couple of sermons before having a feast of chili dogs, hamburgers, chips, Frito pie, and chocolate cake. I really like Nacogdoches. It's a very pretty town with slightly under 50k people, it still has East Texas swagger of the loggers and outdoorsman of a bygone era. Today you'll find horse ranches, wineries, and east texas BBQ - not to mention flowers. Nacogdoches is worthy of a visit - and if you like a nice simple drive, you'll have one. It's not on an interstate - and you'll have to get there by driving. I hope you enjoy this video. I'll upload more of my travels around here and there and release them all as creative commons so you can use them if you like. #texas #driving #stayathome2020 ______________________ Music Courtesy of YouTube Audio Library
